Retail Sales Associate Brooklyn Boutique 407 South Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34236 Job Overview We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join Brooklyn Boutique in Burns Square Historic District of Sarasota. We provide exceptional customer service and ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage stock levels, and handle cash transactions efficiently. We would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by managing inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock efficiently. You must be comfortable tagging and steaming new merchandise. Two days a week 8 hr shift and you must be comfortable working alone Alternating weekends.
