What You’ll Do:

✅ Membership Sales & Studio Growth

• Meet and exceed sales goals by building strong relationships with prospective and current members. ✅ Community Engagement & Outreach
• Promote HOTWORX through phone calls, texts, emails, and at local events to connect with potential members. ✅ Studio Tours & Guest Follow-Up
• Call and schedule prospective members for trial sessions, provide enthusiastic and informative studio tours , and follow up with guests. ✅ Superior Customer Service
• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure long-term member satisfaction and retention. ✅ Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe studio environment at all times.

Who We’re Looking For:

Outgoing and motivated individuals with previous sales experience or a strong desire to grow in a sales role. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle —you live the HOTWORX brand! Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people both in person and over the phone. Team players who are goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to make an impact.
