Full Time Ceramic Supplies Sales Associate Laguna Clay Company FL 490 Kane Court, Oviedo, FL 32765 Ceramic Supply Company is seeking a Full Time Associate to Help Monday through Friday from 8AM – 4:30 PM to: Assist in Sales Order Entry Assist in Showroom Sales Assist in Invoicing Assist in Customer Service Assist in Logistics Log Shipment Tracking Numbers on Axner.com website for completed orders Field Customer service calls. Pull related paperwork for sales manager to review and advise. Process change requests to accounts, contacts, or opportunities in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines. Maintain Tax Certificates, uploading to Avalara Software Escalate issues as necessary to supervisors or another department in the organization. Report unusual invoice activity or trends in shipping price changes Stay up-to-date with new product features and pricing, shipping procedures pricing and vendors, as well as product vendors. Other duties as assigned. Medical Insurance and 401k available.
