Black Hammock Fish Camp Road, Oviedo, FL 32765 Overview Black Hammock Airboat Ventures is seeking a friendly , sporty and motivated Gift Shop Associate and Deckhand to join our team. In this role, you will sell tickets for airboat tours and souvenirs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting airboat tours and products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gift shop displays and merchandise. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions. Must be comfortable working on water and in a variety of weather conditions Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures . Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to engage customers. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
