The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked. Stock incoming inventory into the correct bin locations Provide customers with needed information and educate on additional sales opportunities Create and maintain merchandising display to promote product sales Provide an exceptional customer experience and drive loyalty Assist technicians sourcing parts in a timely manner Utilize Excel to manage inventory levels and assist in market analysis. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Promote sales of products and services, utilizing strong sales techniques to meet customer expectations. Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service standards. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Qualifications Previous experience in parts retail sales is required, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and vehicle knowledge. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills; or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with automotive service products is advantageous but not required. Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and reporting purposes. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the company.
