Required High School Diploma Valid Driver’s License Open Availability (8AM to 6PM Monday – Saturday) Ability to change a car battery. (we will train) Stable Work History Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Some Secondary Education 2 or more years experience in fast-paced retail environments Mechanical and/or Technical Skills Job Components Ensures Customer Satisfaction Provides fast, friendly service Actively seek out customers Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers Ask open ended questions in order to determine their needs Show interest in the customer Is knowledgeable about products Answer questions about merchandise Describe features and benefits of merchandise Drive Sales Discuss available options (good, better, best) Suggest related items Set and achieve personal sales goals Ensures store is clean and well-merchandised (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc)

Work Environment:

Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Work involves some irregularities and difficulties, repetitive and varied tasks, Possible delivery driving duties Primarily retail store setting, however, frequently exposed to dirt ,dust, fumes, temperature extremes, dampness and battery acid as is normal to warehouse environment in this business Stress associated with workplace pressure and the retail environment.
