The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Shop Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are tidy. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with supervising or training staff is a plus but not mandatory. A genuine interest in helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
