In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be key to creating a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively upsell and promote additional products. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions and handling cash. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked on the sales floor. Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to manage sales targets and inventory levels effectively. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, including phone etiquette for incoming calls. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and retail math principles. Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
