Sales Associate Body Fit Training Ponte Vedra 10620 US Highway 1 N, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Body Fit Training in Ponte Vedra! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales techniques, including direct sales, outside sales, and member management. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with making booking and sales calls and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored membership/program options. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Maintain a positive and energetic experience for our current and potential members Engage with potential customers through booking calls and direct sales to generate new business opportunities. Manage existing accounts while building strong relationships with members to create referral opportunities Engage on social media by DMing and interacting with potential prospects Demonstrate confidence and knowledge in the BFT memberships, packages, products and programming Collaborate with trainers to ensure all sales and onboarding processes for new and existing members are being followed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in Grass Roots events in the community to drive brand awareness and prospect leads Maintain a clean and organized studio Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 430AM Ability to work evening shifts ending at 8PM Availability to work weekends as needed Experience 1+ Years of Boutique Sales or equivalent experience required Passion for fitness and wellness Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
