Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Office Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our store, providing top-notch service and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers with selecting DME products based on their specific requirements.
Product Expertise:
Maintain a thorough understanding of DME offerings, features, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
Medical Knowledge:
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate accurately with customers and healthcare professionals.
Sales Transactions:
Accurately handle sales transactions, manage inventory updates, and process documentation.
Customer Service:
Provide personalized service, resolve product inquiries, and maintain a professional environment.
Office Coordination:
Support daily front office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a welcoming workspace.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred:
Associate’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field
Experience:
Previous experience in DME sales or a related retail setting is required .
Skills:
Strong understanding of medical supplies and medical terminology . Brightree software experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
