In this remote 1099 contract role, you will engage with key business and government customers, nurture existing leads, and occasionally source new prospects. • Engage with business and government clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach when necessary.
• Conduct client needs assessments to match them with the best GoVets products and services.
• Present and explain GoVets’ offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions within the corporate CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales performance targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on GoVets’ product catalog, industry trends, and customer needs. Qualifications & Skills
• Proven success in relationship-building, B2B sales, or government sales.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with customers remotely.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented – able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Advanced computer skills – ability to multitask across multiple applications and browser tabs. Equipment Requirements
• PC or Laptop with Windows 11 and sufficient processing power to operate multiple applications.
• Up-to-date anti-virus software for security compliance.
• USB noise-canceling headset (preferred) for clear communication.
• High-speed, hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi and satellite connections are not supported). Additional Information
