We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join the team at a locally owned bait and tackle shop in Winder, GA. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys the outdoors, knows a thing or two about fishing, and takes pride in offering friendly, down-to-earth service. Retail or customer service experience preferred along with a basic fishing knowledge. Looking for a candidate who is comfortable with a varying schedule, working some early mornings and weekends. education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with bait, tackle, gear, and local fishing advice Handle sales transactions accurately using POS system Restock shelves, bait tanks, and coolers as needed Maintain cleanliness of the shop, bait tanks, and outdoor areas Monitor live bait conditions and perform basic care (feeding, cleaning tanks) Unload and organize incoming shipments Open and close the shop following proper procedures Support seasonal promotions or special events Provide friendly customer service Skills
