Inside Sales Associate Chemique Adhesives Ltd Cartersville, GA 30121 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business development and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with potential clients and convert leads into loyal customers. Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provide data and sales forecasts in materials for production scheduling and material requirements Assist Sales in reviewing or performing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates Provide sales statistics to assist sales managers and sales staff to formulate policy in promoting sales Assist other departments within the organization to prepare or distribute manuals, product brochures, and technical publications Assist Sales in preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion Assist in new product research, customer requirements, and market trends Perform other work-related duties as assigned Experience Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology-related field. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships is highly desirable. A background in technical sales or technology sales will be considered an asset.
