⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Lead guitarist and keys player wanted (Kings Bay) US Hwy 40 near I-95 no pay Band Members Wanted Kingsland based startup band seeking a lead guitarist and keyboardist. Our focus is on late 60s-early 70s hard rock. Think Deep Purple, Foghat, Grand Funk, Zep, ZZ, Janis, etc. Lots of energy. Vocals are a plus, but leave the big ego at home. Our current lineup is drums, bass, (60s and 70s in age) and a female lead singer (not 60s-70s in age). Listen to Deep Purple’s “Highway Star”. We’re not looking for note-for-note clones, but the feel needs to be there. It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing. Ability and attitude will determine the successful candidates over flash and looks. Functional equipment is a necessity. It’s great if you have a Custom Shop Strat or Roland Fantom, but no shame for Squier or Epi guitars or lower end Yamaha keyboards. Ability and capability will win the day.
