STORE FACILITIES TEAM MEMBER 120 3.2 3.2

out of 5 stars 1215 E King Ave, Kingsland, GA 31548 The responsibilities of the Store Facilities Team Member is to perform duties in regards to the upkeep and presentation of the store. This individual provides support to the store team by maintaining areas throughout the inside and outside of the store. In a Fuel Store, additional duties involving the Fuel Area and will be the responsibility of the Store Facilities Team Member. The individual is required to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and organizational tasks, as assigned Perform maintenance and general upkeep of the property Clean the parking lot and keep landscaping free of debris Complete the Fuel checklist daily and perform required tasks, as needed, to ensure compliance Communicate any issues with the Store Leader/Shift Leaders Clean fuel dispensers, fire extinguisher cases, fuel storage boxes, and fuel kiosks Change fuel prices on dispensers, as requested Maintain washer fluid and paper towel levels Empty and maintain recycling machines Empty garbage cans and cigarette receptacles Shovel and salt during inclement weather Clean store windows and doors Clean and maintain the restrooms Work through the cleanliness checklists Complete and schedule minor preventive maintenance tasks Clean interior floor throughout the store, coolers, and storage areas Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Completion of required training programs and learning activities Personal behaviors must align with Parker’s Kitchen’s values Ability to maintain Parker’s Kitchen’s grooming and hygiene standards Ability to perform basic math calculations Ability to speak, read, write, and understand basic English Must be alert and attentive; impairment for any reason is not permitted

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Required:

High School diploma or GED is desirable and 1 years directly related experience. 6 months experience is preferred
