If you are enthusiastic about vape & hemp products, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers, we invite you to apply for the retail sales associate position. We are looking for a full time sales associate to join our team (hours and shifts will vary). Weekend availability is required; open availability is a plus. Reliable transportation is required. You must be 21 to work with us! We offer generous employee discounts after training has been completed. After one year of full time employment, we offer vacation and sick leave.
Duties:
- Sell vape and hemp products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic cleaning and store maintenance
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate product information clearly
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
