We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in assisting customers with jewelry selections, building lasting relationships, and achieving personal and store sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner Guide clients through product selection with expert knowledge Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure displays are clean and appealing Develop client relationships and follow up with leads and past buyers Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Stay current on new product lines and trends Process sales and handle POS transactions accurately Use CRM software to manage interactions with clients

What We’re Looking For:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (luxury or jewelry is a plus) Confident, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to learn and grow in a high-energy retail environment Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus , but not required Familiarity with supervising or training staff is beneficial but not required.
