In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in various store operations, including sales, inventory management, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Consistantly meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goal. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels effectively and assist with stock replenishment. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Assist with the implementation of promotional activities and special events within the store. Must be available Nights and Weekends Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and relationship building. Familiarity with retail operations is a plus. Ability to perform basic retail math calculations accurately. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer engagement.
