As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Helping customers while stocking shelves
• Keeping the department clean and organized.
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Loading, unloading, moving products, bulky products
• May unload trucks
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass and windows
• Restroom cleaning
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor
• Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately
• Assist customers with loading merchandise in their vehicle
• Move shopping carts from the parking lot to the store Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.

Experience in grocery store, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
