In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Dropping your resume off at our store on Broughton Street and introducing yourself to the manager would be very beneficial to you being hired for this position. This shows initiative and the confidence! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Uphold store standards for cleanliness and organization. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
