Atlanta Highway, Athens, GA 30606 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives for our parts department. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

On Site Position:

Athens, GA Full-time Sales of the retail parts department. Conduct all customer business for Merchandise and Parts Counter from start to finish while striving to achieve department and personal goals.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a superior level of internal and external customer service. Utilize Point of Sale System and be knowledgeable of it processes. Quote prices for parts using the proper catalog. Communicate through the phone system to follow-up with customers and answer questions. Contribute to the company culture in a positive and constructive manner. Demonstrate proficient organizational skills. Understand the parts inventory system and its processes. Know your product through training and various resources. Stay up to date on industry trends. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs. Occasional pushing of up to 100+ lbs. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1-year related experience helpful Solid communication skills for interaction with employees and customers. Knowledge of the servicing of and parts for Motorcycles, ATV’s and SideXSides preferred, but not required. Regular attendance during normal scheduled store hours Ability to work 8 hrs. a workday Tues thru Friday and Saturdays. Provide own transportation to and from work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
