Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, offering expert style advice, and ensuring each guest finds the perfect dress for their special occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Provide personalized styling tips and dress recommendations Maintain product knowledge of current styles, designers, and trends Ensure fitting rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked Handle sales transactions and returns accurately using the POS system Restock merchandise and keep displays tidy and visually appealing Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Assist with in-store events and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (formalwear a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for fashion, styling, and helping people feel confident Positive attitude, team spirit, and a professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
