• We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for retail operations.
• Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in locating and selecting products
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements
• Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries or orders
• Requirements
• Must be 21+ years old per Georgia T21
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling money transactions
• Ability to manage stock levels and ensure products are readily available for customers
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling techniques
• Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers or taking orders
