In this role, you will be responsible for handling front counter and phone sales, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in professional wholesale and retail environment, specifically within automotive parts business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a good product knowledge and understanding of various electric auto parts, and a solid understanding of retail operations. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Handle transactions accurately using the POS software and ensure proper invoice handling procedures are followed. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize basic math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in auto parts retail and or wholesale sales and customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations. Familiarity with invoicing procedures and experience using POS systems. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
