No previous experience is required & off on weekends & holidays. Great for someone looking for a summer time job, with option to stay with us long term. In this role you will be providing assistance in various areas to shop personnel & learning the inner workings of the shop. Attention to detail is very important. You will be assigned appropriate duties by the supervisor as needed. Maintain shop and yard in a clean, organized, workable manner. This job does involve moving heavy parts at times. Must be able to move up to 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted. Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job as we are a very small business and run as a team. Responsibilities Assist in part handling, degreasing parts, cleaning after the parts are processed and shipping parts. While always ensuring quality standards are met for our customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency within the shop. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the facility. Qualifications Dependability, show up on time and ready to work. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail is very important Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
