Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs, ensuring an exceptional sales experience.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and process for repair or replacement of a wide range of iOS devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and after-sales care.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring equipment and tools are in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications:
