Job Responsibilities:

As a Crew Member at Wetzel’s Pretzels, you will be responsible for: Working to be part of a cross functional team by learning each position’s roles and responsibilities. Roll fresh pretzels and Bitz. Bake fresh hand rolled pretzels. Prep pretzels before and after they come out of the oven. Keep warmer unit stocked throughout the day. Expediting customer orders. Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system as a Cashier. Assist customers with excellent customer support. Clean and maintain equipment throughout each shift. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Support Store Opening and Store Closing Process. Restocking supplies as needed throughout the day. Sampling our delicious products.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for making people happy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings. Previous experience in a quick-service fast-food restaurant is an advantage but not required. We will train you everything you need to know. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
