Appliance Sales Associate Southeastern Appliances Lithonia, GA 30058
Job Purpose:
The Retail Sales Associate’s responsibility is to assist customers in finding and purchasing the right appliances and fireplace to meet their needs. This role involves providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. You will work closely with customers, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers and inquire about their needs. Provide expert advice on various appliances, explaining features, specifications, and benefits. Guide customers through product selection based on their requirements and preferences.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Actively engage in sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Process orders accurately.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and features in the appliance industry. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge. Effectively communicate product information to customers.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange displays to highlight featured products and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with management regarding sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory needs. Drive sales! ______________________________________________________________________________________________
Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the appliance or electronics sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of home appliances and their specifications.
