As a Store Leader you are responsible for building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience front and center with our VIPs and customers! In this role, you will work closely with the District Leader to uphold the values and culture of our organization as we establish our retail fleet presence across the country. You are passionate about developing talent and creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience. You will navigate the unexpected like a pro, lead with integrity, and build a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer. Develop an inclusive store culture that is reflective of our values and brand ethos resulting in strong leaders, an engaged store team and a successful bench for careers at Savage x Fenty. Be a true business owner, bringing timely ideas and solutions to your store team, peer group and cross functional partners in an effort to improve the customer experience. Deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly financial results by establishing strategic plans in partnership with the District Leader to achieve successful business outcomes. Responsible for the strategy used by Store Leadership to recruit, hire, onboard and engage store employees with an experience that echoes our brand philosophy. Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance. Ensure accountability and appropriate management of all day-to-day operational procedures, financial targets, and company policy standards in store. Drive the store customer service strategy to deliver a best-in-class omni shopping experience to our VIP members and guests centered around inclusivity, innovation, and community outreach. Uphold the visual merchandising and styling standards ensuring product presentation aligns with the brand experience. Oversee the store team’s care and maintenance of in-store technology.

5-7 years of working in a high-volume retail environment with 2-3 year is a leadership capacity. Ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent in a fast moving and everchanging retail environment. Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives. Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Tech-Savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required.
