Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation and handling to uphold quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving food
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
• Support bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment
• Utilize time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Engage in sales activities such as upselling to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices is a plus
