Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and Maintain customer relationships Assist customers with past document invoices Quote prices and prepare sales orders Determine the make, type, quality and availability of desired merchandise and make suggestions that meet the customer’s needs Document orders by entering proper information to generate an accurate invoice for pick up or delivery Accurately locate and pick products for order fulfillment Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules Evaluate disposition of warranty items handled at the counter following manufacturer’s policy and procedures as well as customer’s needs Maintain neat and professional work area Promote company sales initiatives Assist in receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities React positively to change Other duties as assigned
