• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns “`Experience“`
• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
