Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers in-person at retail locations, business offices, and community events. Represent a variety of trusted brands across industries such as telecommunications, energy, home services, and entertainment. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships to promote long-term client satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist with event setup and the presentation of promotional materials. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks. Comfortable working in-person across various locations in the Harrisburg area. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
