Store Manager Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Part-Time Health & Sports Nutrition Retail Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining the store environment, and managing the dispatch of online orders. Additionally, the role includes handling social media communication, creating social media content, and representing the brand at promotional events. The successful candidate will play an integral part in delivering an exceptional in-store and online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service & Sales Support :

Greet and assist customers in-store, providing expert advice on health and sports nutrition products. Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest health and sports nutrition trends and products. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and positive manner. Process in-store transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Online Order Management & Dispatch :

Process and prepare online orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are packed securely and efficiently. Ensure orders are dispatched within the agreed timeframes and in line with company policies. Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely delivery of online orders. Monitor inventory levels for online orders and assist with stock replenishment when necessary.

Product Stock Management :

Stock shelves, display areas, and ensure products are correctly labeled and organized. Check and update product pricing, labels, and promotional materials. Perform regular stock checks and ensure accurate stock levels both in-store and for online orders.

Store Presentation & Cleanliness :

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times. Ensure displays are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers. Assist with store tidiness, including dusting, sweeping, and organizing product displays.

Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other retail assistants and managers to meet store objectives. Assist in training new team members on store policies and product knowledge.

Social Media Management & Engagement :

Create, schedule, and post engaging content on the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Monitor trends and customer feedback on social media to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement in product offerings. Brand Representation at

Promotional Events :

Represent the company at promotional events, including trade shows, health & fitness expos, and in-store events, by actively engaging with attendees, promoting products, and providing expert advice on health and sports nutrition. Assist in the organization and execution of events, ensuring the brand is presented positively and professionally at all times. Work closely with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and maintain consistent brand messaging during promotional activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Sales Performance :

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for in-store and online products.

Conversion rate:

Measure the percentage of customers assisted that make a purchase (in-store or online).

Customer Satisfaction :

Customer feedback rating: Maintain an average customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher. Response time to online customer queries and returns (online orders should be resolved in a timely manner, within 1 business day).

Order Fulfillment :

Order dispatch accuracy: Ensure that 100% of online orders are dispatched without error.

On-time dispatch rate:

Achieve a dispatch rate of 95% of online orders within 12 hours of order confirmation.

Stock Management :

Stock accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy with a discrepancy rate of less than 95% in stock checks.

Product availability:

Ensure that out-of-stock items are minimized to 1% of the store’s total inventory.

Store Presentation :

Store cleanliness rating: Maintain store cleanliness and product organization, receiving no more than 1% customer complaints about the store environment.

Display presentation:

Ensure product displays are updated according to promotional schedules and are consistently visually appealing.

Team Contribution :

Collaboration and team support: Meet team collaboration goals, assist colleagues in achieving store-wide targets, and provide assistance during peak periods (holidays, sales events, etc.).

Social Media Engagement :

Social media response rate: Respond to social media inquiries within 24 hours.

Engagement rate:

Maintain a consistent growth in social media followers, likes, and comments. Brand Representation at

Events :

Event feedback: Collect feedback from event attendees and assess the success of promotional events based on customer engagement and sales.

Event organization:

Ensure that all promotional events are executed smoothly, with positive customer experiences and effective brand promotion.

Qualifications & Skills :

Previous retail experience, preferably in health, wellness, or sports nutrition products. Knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements, and health products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with social media management and content creation is preferred. Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally at events. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Working Hours :

This is a part-time position, with hours based on the needs of the business. Evening and weekend shifts will be required.
