European Kitchen & BathWorks, a premier destination for luxury kitchen and bath solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing & Sales Consultant to join our Atlanta showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a background in high-end plumbing or home improvement sales who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct showroom appointments and assist walk-in clients, including homeowners, designers, and builders. Deliver a superior customer experience aligned with European KBW’s premium client service standards. Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines. Develop tailored proposals and design solutions based on customer needs and project specifications. Utilize suggestive sales techniques to guide customer decisions and close sales. Maintain and grow strong relationships with trade clients and industry professionals. Attend weekly sales meetings and provide updates on pipeline activity and sales performance. Stay informed on product innovations, industry trends, and partner brands’ offerings. Collaborate with showroom team and management on marketing strategies and lead generation. Manage order entry and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate execution. Competitive Base Salary +

Commissions Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience in plumbing, lighting, appliances, kitchen & bath, or the home improvement/home builders industry. Strong understanding of luxury, to-the-trade products and experience working with interior designers and architects preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design solutions clearly. Self-motivated, personable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of learning CRM and showroom software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Why Join Us?
