You will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Duties

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
• Recommend, select, and help locate the right products based on customer requirements
• Describe product features and benefits to customers
• Demonstrate the use and operation of products
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance of merchandise
• Process payments using the cash register or point of sale (POS) system
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked Skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in phone etiquette
• Knowledge of appliance sales is a plus
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for calculating prices and discounts
• Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade customers
• Understanding of retail math concepts
• Technical sales experience is beneficial
