GRATINSTA Jewelry is a Boston-based, women-owned, and sustainability-driven jewelry brand inspired by the beauty of the natural world. From botanical collections to symbolic animal pieces, our handcrafted designs celebrate nature’s elegance while supporting environmental conservation. We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Sales Representative based in Atlanta, GA to join our growing team. This person will represent our brand in retail and wholesale environments, manage trade show relationships, and help us expand our presence in both B2B and specialty channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent

with excellence in wholesale, trade show, and retail sales settings Build and manage relationships with museum shops, boutiques, and specialty retailers Coordinate with buyers before, during, and after industry events Deliver persuasive product presentations and confidently pitch GRATINSTA’s value Maintain customer data in CRM systems and manage ongoing communications Assist with setting up and taking down booths at trade shows —including merchandise organization, signage, and visual presentation Must be comfortable lifting and moving up to 25 lbs as part of booth setup and inventory handling Communicate product feedback to our creative and operations team Ideal Candidate Based in Atlanta, GA with the ability to work in-person and attend local trade shows 5-10+ years of sales, retail, or wholesale experience , ideally with exposure to boutique or museum markets Fluent in B2B and wholesale sales terminology , and comfortable with a corporate professional tone A self-starter —whether you’re a former business owner , someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of retail , or looking to grow in the business side of a creative brand Energized by sales , motivated by goals, and genuinely love connecting with people Adaptable, organized, and cool under pressure—especially in fast-paced environments like trade shows Highly presentable and articulate with excellent people skills Confident in creating and delivering a 30-second sales pitch
