Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere.

- Guide brides-to-be through the selection process, offering expert advice on gowns, accessories, and alterations.
- Assist customers in trying on and fitting wedding dresses, providing support and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Sales and Upselling:
- Utilize your strong knowledge of bridal trends, designers, and product offerings to effectively promote and sell wedding gowns and accessories.
- Suggest complementary products such as veils, jewelry, shoes, and undergarments to enhance the bridal ensemble.
- Employ persuasive sales techniques to encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Product Knowledge and Merchandising:
- Stay updated on the latest bridal fashion trends, designers, and collections.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bridal shop’s inventory, including various styles, sizes, and customization options.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing by arranging and displaying merchandise effectively.
- Assist with receiving and tagging new inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Requirements:
