Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you’ll be the face of HighTower—helping customers explore our selection, understand product benefits, and enjoy a safe, welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations Educate customers on THC and CBD drink options, usage, and effects Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor Process transactions accurately using POS systems Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance regulations Assist with inventory restocking and merchandising Help create a positive, stigma-free environment around cannabis wellness

Qualifications:

Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be 21 years of age or older Interest in and basic knowledge of THC/CBD products Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must comply with all state and local cannabis laws and store policies Why Work at HighTower?
