Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, provide expert guidance and recommendations to best suit our customers needs. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Participate in ongoing training and development of new standards to better serve our customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

A strong belief in our company mission to provide the best experience possible for our guests. Prior experience in customer service, retail, administration, operations, or related fields (preferred but not required). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally. A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A desire to find a long-term career and to contribute to the long-term success of Righteous Guitars.
