As a Store Associate , you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences in a unique, boutique-style environment that serves everyone from vendors to executives. There’s no fuel, no weekend rushes—just quality service, great coffee, and a close-knit team. Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Provide warm, genuine service from the first “hello” to the last transaction Greet every guest

• including vendors, partners, and leadership
• with energy and professionalism Suggest products that complement purchases and enhance the experience Handle guest concerns respectfully, escalating when needed Keep Carl’s Cafe Clean, Fresh & Stocked Prepare, stock, and maintain food and beverage areas with quality and care Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols to the highest standard Restock shelves and coolers as needed, updating signage to reflect promotions Keep the store sparkling•sweeping, mopping, restocking, trash removal, and more Be a Dependable Team Player Support your teammates to ensure smooth operations throughout the day Stay “on” and guest-ready from the moment you walk in until the end of your shift Thrive in a polished, professional environment where every detail matters

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For 1

• 2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or retail preferred A friendly, upbeat attitude and a strong sense of personal responsibility Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift Dependability and professionalism—this role interacts with all levels of the company Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM
