Estate Sales Team Member The Perfect Piece Estate Sales 1140 Old Peachtree Road, Duluth, GA 30097 The Perfect Piece Estate Liquidators specializes in providing estate sale services with a focus on professionalism, compassion, and excellence. Our dedicated team helps clients navigate the process of selling valuable items, whether it’s for downsizing, relocating, or liquidating estates. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Estate Sale Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a team member, you will assist in various aspects of estate sales, from setting up and organizing items to interacting with clients and buyers. We are looking for people who can work 3-5 days per week Monday – Saturday (no evening hours).

Key Responsibilities:
Setup, Staging and Pricing:

Assist in unpacking, setting up and arranging items for sale, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and organized. Researching and determining the price for items included in the sale.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients and buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism.

Sales Assistant:

Support the sales process by managing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments using the Square system.

Clean-Up:

Help with post-sale clean-up and organization of remaining items, preparing the space for client handovers.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Experience with estate sales or antiques is a plus. Prefer experience using the Square system.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items of various sizes and weights, and to stand for extended periods.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as estate sales may occur on various days and times.

Attitude:

Positive, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail.
