Farmers Market Sales Associate Sausage World 2342 Oak Rd, Snellville, GA 30078 Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Associate to be part of our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and professionally represents the Sausage World brand. The Sales Associate will recommend various flavors of sausage to generate sales based on the client’s preferences. Make suggestions in client meals and dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and breaking down the market booth on time.
- Engage with customers, providing information, answering questions, and offering samples.
- Maintain the market booth and ensure that products are neatly displayed.
- Process sales using Square POS system, handle cash, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Educate customers on the quality of our products.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products during the market. Identify repeat customers and contribute to brand loyalty.
- Follow all health and safety protocols with the booth and the handling of food.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle early morning hours and set up at various outdoor locations.
