What You’ll Do – Your Impact Starts Here As a Sales Associate , you’re the first face clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the person who helps them say yes to moving and feeling better. You’re a connector, a problem-solver, and a champion of our brand. Sales & Membership Growth Make 50+ daily outbound calls to engage leads, follow up on trials, and convert prospects to members Deliver inspiring tours and confidently guide new clients through their first StretchLab experience Close memberships and session packages by focusing on value-driven conversations , not just price Overcome objections with empathy, honesty, and a solution-oriented mindset Upsell relevant retail products and services that enhance the client experience Client Experience & Studio Flow Create a welcoming, personalized atmosphere for every guest and member Manage multiple tasks like a pro: greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and supporting the front desk Pitch in when needed—whether it’s restocking towels, assisting a team member, or handling a tech hiccup Keep the front of the house clean, efficient, and ready to impress Use tools like ClubReady (or similar CRM systems) to track leads and manage your sales pipeline Marketing & Community Engagement Support grassroots marketing efforts, social media content, and local events Help drive community awareness by representing StretchLab both inside and outside the studio with enthusiasm and professionalism Who You Are –

The Right Fit Has:
