Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain the store’s presentation and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are neat and organized Assist in inventory management, tagging, and pricing items Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, and cleaning display cabinets Monitor for loss prevention and follow store security protocols Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges politely Support store opening and closing procedures as needed
