Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly. Utilize basic math skills to process sales and provide change. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
