In this role, you’ll be the face of our studio—connecting with clients, showcasing our services, and helping them take the next step in their wellness journey. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product and service selection. Conduct direct sales activities including studio tours, service presentations, and follow-ups. Negotiate and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and membership packages. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with management to develop business growth strategies. Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on services and sales techniques. Follow up on leads and support inside sales initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed targets. Must be able to reliably commute to Peachtree Corners, GA.
