In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our dealership. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, understanding market trends, and upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership success. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct thorough presentations of vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Utilize effective sales management techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain an organized inventory control system to track vehicle availability and manage stock levels. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer experience. Develop strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and personalized service. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to delivery.
