Job Description

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Fabrication Shop Worker will safely and efficiently support production in accordance with machine shop and standard work processes. This role focuses on utilizing standardized work to ensure product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate lasers, press brakes, punch presses, spot welders, and other machine shop equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of machine shop machinery.
Utilize machine shop processes, equipment, and work standards effectively.
Support standardized work processes and participate in team-oriented goals.
Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
Understand and apply the 5-Gen principle process.
Participate in 5S activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Comply with ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001

requirements.
Undertake special projects and related tasks as requested.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Competency in the English language, with legible writing ability.
Ability to read and follow specific work instructions accurately.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Previous machine shop experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Kubota products and machine shop processes.
Basic blueprint reading skills.

Working Conditions:
