Machine Shop Team Member – 3rd Shift Position Available In Hall, Georgia

• Position Summary:

• The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently producing products in accordance with established work instructions. This role involves using specialized tooling and equipment to perform standardized work while ensuring product quality.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow standard work and instruction guides to produce products accurately
• Operate equipment safely and effectively
• Support standardized work processes and contribute to team-oriented goals
• Engage in continuous improvement activities
• Confirm the quality of upstream processes before completing assigned tasks
• Participate in 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and

ISO 14001

requirements

• Undertake special projects related to assigned tasks as requested
• Demonstrate flexibility to cross-train in multiple positions.

• Essential Skills and Experience:

• Basic competency in the English language
• Ability to read and follow specific work instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in business needs.

• Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Experience in a machine shop within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to program laser or press machinery
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
